International Women Entrepreneurs Summit (IWES)  is one of the programs offered by the women entrepreneurs forum.  Thesummit holds quarterly in the middle east. It is a career/ business growth and development forum for women who have a career and/ or entrepreneurial drive. This gender centric package is essential because, as business in the 21st century evolves, the market place is becoming increasingly more aggressive and competitive especially for the woman as she has to juggle a myriad of roles and still compete favorably with her male counterpart, to gain substantial market share in the industry. Inspite of this, there has been a 60% increase in the number of women who have started businesses of their own in the past half -decade. Most of these women started their business enterprise, with intuitive intelligence backed by little or no real world business training hence, the need to design female focused training programs, that will help take their business beyond its current standing, becomes extremely critical.

 

The summit is designed to promote effective entrepreneurship among women, by hosting a course list that takes the participants through a strategic training process designed to help them improve their work and business skills, aid their business processes and deliver tangible and quantifiable growth results.  Our facilitators are successful entrepreneurs, business consultants and career professionals, drawn from Africa, Europe, the middle -east and Asia.
